Thank you for choosing Arizona Sand And Gravel LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality materials and services. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order, as it outlines important terms regarding purchases and deliveries.
Due to the nature of bulk material sales, all sales are final once delivered or picked up. Materials such as gravel, sand, rip rap, dirt, and other landscape supplies cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged after delivery has occurred.
Once materials are dispatched, loaded, unloaded, or delivered to the job site, ownership transfers to the customer. We cannot accept returns, reclaims, or exchanges of delivered materials for any reason, including but not limited to:
In rare and exceptional cases, if Arizona Sand And Gravel LLC agrees to accept a return, the customer is solely responsible for all transportation costs, labor, and reloading fees. All approved returns must be authorized in writing by management, and materials must be returned in their original, uncontaminated condition within a specified time frame. A minimum 30% restocking fee will also apply.
Orders may be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time without penalty. Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the order total to cover logistics and restocking costs.
Natural materials vary in color, texture, size, and appearance. While we make every effort to accurately display product photos and descriptions on our website, slight variations are normal and not grounds for a refund or exchange.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe and accessible delivery conditions at the destination. Failed deliveries due to unsafe conditions, incorrect addresses, or inaccessible locations may incur additional delivery charges, and materials may still be deemed delivered and non-refundable.
