1. No Refunds: Once the landscaping materials have been delivered and signed for by you or another individual appointed by you, we do not accept any returns or offer any refunds. This is because we cannot verify the condition of the materials after delivery.
2. Quality Control: We make every effort to ensure that our materials are of the highest quality and meet our strict quality control standards before delivery. We encourage our customers to inspect the materials upon delivery to ensure they meet their expectations.
3. Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your order before delivery, please notify us as soon as possible. However, if the materials have already been loaded for delivery or are in transit, you may be subjected to a cancellation fee. Cancellation may be subjected to a cancellation fee.
4. Delivery Policy: We offer curbside delivery only, and the buyer is responsible for moving the materials onto their property. We will deliver the materials to the location specified by you or your appointed representative.
